The New Beginnings plan is here to set you up with a strong introductory understanding of how your dietary and lifestyle choices may be holding you back from experiencing optimal levels of wellness. 

WHO IS IT FOR?

This plan is perfect for you if:

  • you are looking for a quick start but don’t know where to begin. Maybe you’ve started to make some dietary changes but find yourself lost amongst all the information online and need some guidance to help you navigate the noise.
  • we’ve worked together in the past and you want to review your original nutrition plan and need some help to refocus. 

WHAT IF I AM ON MEDICATION OR HAVE A LONG TERM HEALTH CONDITION?

Check out my Optimal Wellness and Complete Clarity programmes. Both are uniquely designed with the perfect level of support you will need to begin to unpick your medical history and implement life long changes. 

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

Following a full analysis of your medical history and diet, we will design a personalised Nutrition Plan that fits perfectly into your life. In addition, you will receive weekly coaching support over 12 weeks to get you on track or back on track, depending on your needs whilst keeping you accountable all the way. 

The New Beginnings plan consists of:

  • Initial 1:1 consultation (60 – 90 mins) comprehensive assessment of your medical history, diet and lifestyle. 
  • Quick Start Personalised Nutrition Plan – simple, quick and actionable aims tailored to your goals. 
  • Weekly check-in calls (30 mins) - scheduled weekly calls with me to review your food diary, keeping you on track moving towards your goals. 
  • Bespoke therapeutic supplement recommendations* (if required)- carefully selected supplements to support you toward optimal wellness. 
  • 2 x follow up session (45mins) – full review of your progress with further recommendations for next steps. 
  • Handouts and helpful resources – information for you to access and refer back to for inspiration and information.
