I will provide you with a comprehensive assessment of your medical history, medication, diet and lifestyle. I present the results to you in an easy to read bespoke dietary and lifestyle report. I also include high level personalised nutritional advice on where improvements can be made to enhance your wellness experience.
I conduct the reporting process in two phases:
I work with you to research and compile information about your life, paying particular attention to your wellness goals. I’ll look at your whole health history and truly listen to what it is you feel is coming up for you and holding you back. Getting to know you allows me to form a complete picture of all of the factors in your life, including sleep, stress and exercise intake. I’ll collate my findings, so it’s plain for you to read and understand.
I then draw conclusions from the data I’ve collected and my understanding of your long term goals.
After you’ve received your report, you’ll be invited to a Zoom call with me to discuss and answer any questions about your next steps. This will allow us to get to know one another on a deeper level and help our understanding of your overall goals and motivation so that I can point you in the right direction.

These programmes are both more hands-on, and I will play a more active role in aiding you in your journey with lifestyle coaching and training.
It’s becoming more common to use personalised nutrition in the UK. My further programmes include bespoke meal plans which will address whichever goals you have in mind. For example, if your goal is weight loss, your nutritional plan would reflect that by correcting any underlying nutritional imbalances, and so on.
